Key Things You Need to Know
You Keep the Copyright
- You will still own the copyright to your work. You simply give us permission to publish, distribute, and make your article available online through our open-access platform.

- By signing the agreement, you give Rapid Journals permission to publish your work and make it accessible to readers worldwide. Your article can also be stored in online archives and databases.
2, Open Access Benefits
- Your work will be freely available to anyone, anywhere. This means more people can read, share, and cite your research, giving it greater visibility and impact.
3, Author’s Rights
- You retain the right to:
- Use your article in future books, presentations, or personal projects.
- Share the article with colleagues or on your website, as long as you credit Rapid Journals.
- Republish or use your work elsewhere, as long as it follows the terms of the license.
4, Third-Party Content
- If your article includes content like images, charts, or text from other sources, you must get permission from the original creators to include it.
5, Plagiarism-Free Work
- The article you submit must be original and not published elsewhere. We check all articles for plagiarism to maintain high standards.
6, Author’s Responsibility
- By signing the document, you confirm that:
- The article is your original work.
- All co-authors (if any) agree to the submission and publication.
- You have permission to use any third-party content.
- Your work does not break any copyright or legal rules.
7, Optional Copyright Transfer
- If you prefer, you can choose to transfer the full copyright to Rapid Journals. This means we would own the copyright and manage all the distribution rights.

- Simply complete and sign the Copyright Transfer or License Agreement.

- If the document isn’t received, we can’t publish your work, so please ensure it’s submitted as part of the process.
